Meet the Design Team



You’ll be joining a team of four multidisciplinary designers—Ian, Jin, Brianna, and Valentino—who lead the visual development of performance-driven campaigns for TikTok LIVE. Our work spans key visuals, motion design, and experimentation across global markets, with a focus on driving revenue and user engagement. We value collaboration, creative rigor, and clear storytelling through design.



About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Design Intern to join the TikTok LIVE design team in Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll work alongside a team of experienced designers and regional operations managers to support the visual development of TikTok LIVE campaigns across the US markets. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global creative environment.



Responsibilities:

- Design Support: Assist with the design of promotional visuals, campaign assets, and creator-facing materials under the guidance of senior designers.

- Versioning & QC: Apply feedback and assist in preparing final files for production or launch, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

- Team Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming/planning sessions and design reviews with the broader creative and operations team.

- Learning & Development: Stay curious and eager to improve your design skills, tools knowledge, and creative thinking.
