What You'll Do: 

• Implement, modify and test engaging, consumer-facing web experiences.
• Collaborate closely with business and design teams to scope and deliver valuable projects on time.
• Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail. Debug issues and execute so everything “just works”.
• Teach and learn new skills with your fellow developers, producing quality code with consistent standards.
• Continually look for opportunities to build value in the codebase: set standards, build tools, and automate jobs to make yourself and your team better and faster.
• Be part of building a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For: 

• 3+ years experience in front-end or (ideally) full-stack web development
• Strong HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals: you should be comfortable working with the command line and git, you should be capable of building things with HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, etc
• Web Accessibility and Core Web Vitals matter to you.
• We don’t need you to be a designer, but we want someone who can partner closely with our talented design team. Experience with Figma is helpful.
• Personal commitment to being great people to work with and for every day.
• Working knowledge of the way front-end systems run in the cloud and download to the browser. Can you diagnose a caching problem with a CDN, and do you know how to fix it?

Even Better: 

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience building workflows with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI
• Experience using productivity tools such as Windsurf or Cursor
• Experience designing & building APIs, provisioning & querying databases (can you write a moderately sophisticated SQL query?)
• Experience with New Relic or other application performance management tools.
• Experience with working with analysts and tracking/instrumentation software like Google Analytics or PostHog
• Familiarity with projects that implement processes to ensure compliance and prevent violations is a plus.

Compensation

• USA Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000
  • New York City Compensation Range: $100,000-$130,000 
    *Note actual compensation is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
