We are currently looking for people to join our team in the position of:

(Senior) Financial Analyst in PMA Team

The primary function of the (Senior) Financial Analyst in PMA Team is to transform high level business requirements into reporting solutions and insights that meet the needs of internal business clients.

This position will also include a data mining component which will involve identifying and analyzing trends in the data and building automated and/or ad hoc reports for internal business users.

Critical to succeed in the position is determination to understand current data structure in BI solution implemented and make maximum use of the information provided in it.

Experience with business analytics could be useful as the result of the data mining activities and should result in actionable and developed recommendations to the Management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Incorporating data from multiple sources including sales, inventory, product, and customer to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making,
• Preparing financial & statistical reports based on information gathered from multiple data sources,
• Business partnering with strong focus on data quality and accuracy,
• Take active part in supervision of month-end closing, ensure correctness of results for a specific area,
• Maintaining and updating business intelligence dashboards,
• Take an important role in coordinating and preparing company’s forecasts and budget reports.

Requirements:

• University degree in one of the following areas: Finance, Statistics, Accounting or similar,
• General knowledge of financial applications and MS Office - strong Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.),
• At least 2-3 years of experience on relevant analytics position (Financial Reporting, Performance Analysis, experience in budgeting is an advantage),
• Experience with Qualitative/Quantitative analytics,
• Very high level of work ethic and attention to detail.
