What You’ll Do

• Perform early business requirements gathering with key client stakeholders for NetSuite customization
• Own detailed and organized outlines of all functional requests, prioritize based on communicated risks and outcomes, and create roadmaps for execution while keeping stakeholders informed on progress and equally accountable for deliverables
• Work with functional teams on Accounting and Finance to surface and solve inefficiencies in existing NetSuite functionalities and define system solutions for forthcoming business requirements
• Support the creation of business requirements documents and get sign offs from business stakeholders
• Prepare user acceptance testing criteria and get sign offs from business stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-UAT testing to make sure that implementations are ready for stakeholder UAT
• Collaborate with third party consulting firms during Audit to support best in class system functionality that supports a compliant and controlled ERP environment
• Provide assistance for ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests as necessary, including but not limited to the creation of custom Netsuite reports for improved business insights and analytics
• Partner with Operations and Accounting to improve management / financial reporting through enhanced ERP functionality, reporting, and more
• Help create documentation on business, operational, and financial processes to be understood by all necessary teams

The salary range for this position is $130,500 to $170,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance or related field 
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite Administration and Operation - for complex entities
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite Scripting and Automation
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite 3rd Party Interfaces / Integration / management
• Experience with full life-cycle implementations 
• Knowledge of Advanced Accounting & Finance, and experience with NetSuite operations and implementation of O2C, P2P, Rev Rec, Inventory, etc
• Revenue Management (ASC 606 rev rec concepts, SSP/fair value allocations, SaaS/ Software & hardware revenue)
• Knowledge in the following: NetSuite Financial Reporting and Consolidated Reporting, Multiple Fiscal calendar, adjustment period setup, Billing processes (Billing, Contract Renewals, Upsells, Credits, etc), Intercompany, Adv Intercompany Journal Entry
• Well-versed in office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools
• Understanding of e-Commerce Application
• Good understanding of financial reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Prior experience with process reengineering and optimization
