This position will work a 2,2,3 schedule working 12-hour days from 6 AM to 6:30 PM. 

About the Job

This Manufacturing Technician II will perform preventative, standard and repair maintenance in Fill-Finish areas including but not limited to valve washers, isolators, autoclaves, etc.  This position requires a solid understanding of manufacturing systems including mechanical, electrical and control principles. 

What You’ll Do

  • Execute assigned workorders in accordance with site procedures and policies. 
  • Create, troubleshoot and execute corrective workorders as necessary following appropriate safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with all functions within Engineering and Facilities to solve problems and optimize workflows.
  • Author changes to procedures, job plans, and LOTO safety forms.
  • Assess equipment needs and provides recommendations on system improvements.
  • Evaluate the need for spare parts on elected assets and makes purchase recommendations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 1- 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related manufacturing environment
