Field Supervisor - Manufacturing

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Field & Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee operations both on-site at manufacturing facilities and in the field based on business needs. This hybrid role requires adaptability, leadership, and a strong understanding of both field operations and manufacturing processes to ensure seamless coordination, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Site Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring smooth and efficient production flow.
• Lead and mentor manufacturing teams, ensuring proper training, motivation, and adherence to company protocols.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational best practices, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with logistics, quality, and maintenance teams to address any operational issues affecting production schedules.
Field Operations Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate off-site field operations, ensuring timely project execution, adherence to standards, and efficiency in operations.
• Supervise field teams, ensuring they are properly equipped, trained, and following company policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, project progress, workforce performance, and equipment maintenance.
• Serve as a point of contact between field teams, project managers, and the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Conduct site visits, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure that all fieldwork aligns with company standards, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
