We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction through proactive communication and effective account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates and support

• Address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met

• Track account performance and prepare reports for internal and external review

• Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and optimization

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
