Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and plans execution of quality inspections, enhances testing and measuring procedures, methods and tools, and ensures adherence to defined technical standards and specifications.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality technology, metrology and laboratory standards, methods and tools, equipment and software.
• Control surveillance of testing and inspection equipment, ensure accuracy and usability, drive necessary maintenance and investments.
• Provide technical guidance on proper selection and application of methods, tools and equipment for product- and testing-related inspections and measurements.
• Assign tasks and test procedures to team members and assure appropriate completion, evaluate results and decide on counter measures in case of non-conformance.

Your Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field.  Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 3 to 5 years' experience

• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
