General Information:

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing facility systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.   

Your Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, pumps, compressed air systems and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Perform general building maintenance including doors, lighting, ceilings, flooring, and minor construction activities.
• Complete work orders and PMs in SAP.
• Read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Follow all plant safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements.  
• Support Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe work practices.  
• Participate in safety audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. 

Your Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to occasional emergency maintenance situations outside normal working hours. 
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP or CMMS experience preferred.
• Technical certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
