Position Summary:

Reno Harley-Davidson, the top-performing dealership in the Wise Riders Owners Group, is looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to support our front office operations. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and dependable who enjoys a fast-paced, professional environment. You'll help keep the dealership running smoothly by assisting with paperwork, filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing documents and deal jackets.

• Help process paperwork for sales, service, and finance departments.

• Input data accurately into dealership management systems.

• Support title work preparation and DMV submissions.

• Maintain organized office supplies and assist with restocking as needed.

• Answer phones and assist with basic customer inquiries or direct calls appropriately.

• Handle special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

What We Look For:

• Prior office, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, scanning, email).

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to learn and assist multiple departments as needed.
