Role Overview

 

This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical equipment, pneumatics and fluid control systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to equipment management while providing support in the evaluation and creation of field protocols. You will also be accountable for upholding and enhancing all essential Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contributing to the daily service benchmarks, investigating claims, aiding in equipment pricing and budget management for both equipment and capital expenditure (CapX) projects, and providing backing for all necessary technician trainings. Collaborating closely with the Field Service team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Dispenser Service Technicians

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

1. Service System Management:
   • Conduct routine evaluations of the dispenser and CapX budgets.
   • Analyze daily operations to identify opportunities for data-driven efficiency enhancements.
2. Optimization and Efficiency:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in field operations.
   • Implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce downtime.
3. Technical Troubleshooting:
   • Utilize technical knowledge and specialized tools to diagnose and resolve issues with pneumatics and fluid control equipment.
   • Collaborate with technical support teams to implement timely solutions.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Monitor and analyze data related to equipment performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
   • Generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
5. Training and Support:
   • Assist in training to Dispenser Service Technicians on the proper operation and maintenance of pneumatics and fluid control systems.
   • Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure technicians are equipped to handle various scenarios.
6. Documentation and Compliance:
   • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment configurations.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, engineering, and dispenser service technicians, to address complex issues and implement improvements.

 

 

Knowledge and Experience

 

• 3+ years of field experience in programming
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365
• SAP experience
• Project management experience
• Experience with vendor relationships
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and training
• Root cause claims evaluations
• Responsible for creating SOPs.
• Research training curriculum and delivers operational training materials and facilitates all individual and group training sessions.
• Tracks, assess, evaluates, and measures the effectiveness of all training delivered.
• Fluent in Office 365
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Experience with organizational transformations preferred.
