Marketing & Promotions - Entry Level - COLLEGE GRADS & INTERNS

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our marketing and promotions team as entry-level assistants. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, promotions, and event coordination while working closely with seasoned professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and branded merchandise.
• Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (for college graduates).
• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (for interns).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning is a plus but not required.
