The Fluid Conveyance (FC) division is looking for a passionate and motivated HR Business Partner to support our Rubber Hydraulic Hose & Fittings (RHHF) business unit.

Job Responsibilities

As the HR Business Partner for RHHF, you will be a valued member of the business unit leadership team for a dynamic global business. We have everything it takes to be successful – great products, global reach and people who love what they do.

As the business unit HRBP, you will contribute by focusing on key business priorities such as employee attraction and retention strategies, organizational capability and design, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development. You will act as a sparring partner to top managers and drive our people strategy. You will build and drive change management and cultural alignment, while exploring and sharing best practices.

You will develop, coach, and support our business unit leaders; implement key leadership processes around performance and talent; foster collaboration; and participate in cross-organizational projects with a global team of other senior HR Business Partners.

Background & Skills

Ideally, you have a relevant university degree with a focus on Human Resources (or equivalent) as well as previous HR Business Partnering experience within a global, highly matrixed and industrial environment. Additionally, we are looking for:

• Proactive, out-of-the box thinking with the will to challenge and question the status quo

• Experience in leading transformations and driving cultural change

• Excellent understanding of organizational development

• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English and willingness to travel globally.
