Director, Digital Ecosystem Performance Mngmt - CDH - Remote

The Director, Digital Ecosystem Performance Management, is responsible for working with senior digital and practice leadership to (a) drive the vision for and (b) lead the development of a performance measurement strategy and value framework for Mayo Clinic's digital ecosystem and experience that is simple, reusable and scalable.

This framework will be used to measure the success of Mayo Clinic's digital transformation, seamless digital experience, and the ecosystem of digital products and capabilities to ensure delivery of business value.

Direct experience in digital transformation, ecosystem, experience, product, and capability value definition and analysis is desired.

Responsibilities:

•   Advocates for the end user experience through data and research driven product discovery and development methods.

•   Ensures alignment between all stakeholders in context of Mayo Clinic’s overall strategy and goals, while ensuring all end-user needs are met.

•   Oversees the entire life cycle of products or platforms from setting the vision, managing team to hit OKRs, managing capacity against scope, with ultimately creating a best in class experience within budget.

•   Leads a high performing cross-functional team effectively and efficiently that is collaborative with business partners, customers and other stakeholders.

•   Ability to establish deep partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure the portfolio achieves business requirements and aligns to other organizational strategies and priorities.

•   Leverages market and customer feedback and data to inform and guide future developments.

•   Leads using Agile methodologies.

•   Recruits, hires and mentors members of the team.

•   Responsible for planning and managing budgets, team performance as well as advocating for their team across the enterprise. 

•   Actively seeks to understand new and emerging technologies, their capabilities and potential applicability to Mayo Clinic needs.

•   Foster an internal culture of positive teamwork and transparency that drives excellent service, quality, diversity of thought, an engaging work environment and overall continuous improvement mindset. Understand the use of new and emerging data technologies and techniques.

•   Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred

•   Business and leadership experience (5+ years)

•   Demonstrated ability to manage a varied workload with multiple priorities and stay current on healthcare trends and enterprise changes.

•   Exceptional interpersonal, networking, collaboration, communication skills and cultural awareness

•   Exceptional analytical, written, oral and presentation skills with proven track record of effectively communicating actionable items

•   Exemplary diplomatic skills and ability to help senior business leaders see value, opportunities, risks beyond their own area of expertise.

•   Experience navigating transformation in highly regulated industries is a plus.

•   Ability to lead through influence and direct multiple complex projects and activities in an ambiguous environment.
