Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health (Days) (PRN)

Staff physical therapist performs evaluation and treatment of impairment in muscle movement and/or function resulting from injury or disease. Physical therapists provide consultation and other educational and advisory services to prevent or reduce the incidence and severity of physical disability, bodily malfunction, and pain. The person in this position provides services to the following populations: Adults (Eighteen years to seventy-five years of age) and Geriatrics (Seventy-five years of age and older). Education: See License/certification requirement Experience: No prior work experience required. Licenses and Certifications Physical Therapist Driver's License Auto Insurance Qualifications: Licensure by the Georgia State Board of Examiners of Physical Therapy. Comprehensive knowledge of Physical Therapy treatment procedures. NOTE: BLS within 30 days. One year of related experience is preferred.
