Purpose
This position aims to provide customer service to clients on the phone, filling key requests that come in through DocuSign and at our walk-up Customer Service trailer and taking care of any filing pertaining to these key requests.
Responsibilities
Preparing and Issuing keys to UT Staff, Faculty, and Students. Processing returned keys from UT Staff, Faculty, and Students. Answering department phone lines, fielding questions, forwarding calls, and taking messages for staff.
Processing keys returned by mail. Filing key request forms and clearing out files of obsolete records.
Required Qualifications
High school grad OR GED. Excellent customer service skills. Typing with a high degree of accuracy <30 wpm. Knowledge of standard filing systems. Average experience and knowledge of using computers/printers and office software. Good phone and email etiquette. Regular and punctual attendance. Team player.

Working Conditions
Attire: Business Casual
We adhere to the Facilities Services Uniform, Dress, and Appearance policy in our workplace. Our dress code is business casual, and jeans are allowed as long as they are clean and without any rips or tears. It is the responsibility of all Facilities Services employees to dress appropriately throughout the workday. At the start of each shift, clothing should be clean and free of any obvious patches, tattered edges, or tears. Additionally, attire should be modest and not cause any distractions or disruptions in the work environment.
Work Shift
Hours per week - 35
The work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
