Salary: $75,800–$100,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

Our Analytics Team partners with our 10 business units to perform data analysis and help create data-driven solutions for our business problems. Using cutting edge technology to put it into action, this team helps all of us at Ramsey perform at our highest level, using data.

As a Data Analyst on our Network team, you will be providing insights and solutions that will impact the lives of our millions of listeners across YouTube, Podcast, and The Ramsey Network App. Our Network team produces over 7 different shows with millions of monthly views and downloads for everyone in every walk of life.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 5+ years of experience driving analytics initiatives to impact a business.
• You are proficient in SQL and scripting languages like Python and R.
• You have competence to translate data into actionable insights.
• You have talent to breakdown complex problems into digestible, tactical work for yourself and your team.
• You have extraordinary passion to solve problems. You’re not satisfied until it’s solved and backed by data. 
• You have the ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have experience with multi-media like YouTube, Apple Podcast, Spotify, Digital Product, or App experience.
• You have experience with optimization testing.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Perform statistical analysis of data to predict trends in the customer base and utilize data visualization tools, like Tableau or Streamlit, to visualize the data in easy-to-understand formats
• Real-time analytics to identify insights and proactive opportunities to help our customers spend and save wisely
• Create algorithms, such as time series, to look at customer habits over time and help the business meet objectives and move forward, using data
