What you’ll do:
The Brass Tacks

• Arrive at work on time and prepare yourself for anything
• Communicate regularly with Golf Shop Staff regarding current cart, driving range and clubhouse needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked work area
• Ensure golf carts are always available for guest use
• Maintain golf cart fleet: clean, prepare, park, and operate carts in accordance with Echo Falls' standards
• Make eye contact and greet guests with a sincere acknowledgement suitable for the situation
• Be aware of driving range conditions.
• Monitors and ensures range balls are stocked and available for guest use
• Keeps practice facility teeing area organized, clean and fully stocked
• Disposes of outside garbage when needed
• Helps with on-course guest service situations
• Ensures equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced


The Nitty Gritty

• Candidate must have effective communication skills
• Written and verbal instructions are provided during orientation and throughout the work season
• We need Team Members to be proactive, ask questions and communicate professionally and courteously with all guests and fellow co-workers
• Golf experience is helpful. Must exude a friendly and proactive demeanor
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Seasonal position to end on or around November 15th, 2025. Depending on weather/course conditions, may be extended
