Your day-to-day responsibilities are:
As Global Business Process Specialist for Demand to Pay you will be a part of the Business Process Management Organization of Demand to Pay. You will support the continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation of the Demand to Pay processes, especially in the areas of Accounts Payable/Invoicing. The role establishes related standard Roche Services and Solutions (RSS) procurement and finance services for the Affiliates, in close cooperation with relevant deployment teams (e.g. myBuy). The role is familiar with the end-to-end process templates and uses them as a basis to define, describe and implement necessary configurations for each service recipient, in consultation with Global Business Process Managers.
As a qualified expert, you:
Establish RSS services for Affiliates according to standard process templates and manage related transformation projects
Identify and drive necessary processes and organizational changes and ensure that such changes are effectively executed
Support cross divisional process design in alignment with relevant Group functions
Mediate between different parties (incl. developing solution proposals) and manage escalations, if needed
Identify and implement global Best Practice solutions for Demand to Pay departments
Take over responsibility and accountability for (sub-)project implementation activities in Demand to Pay process areas such as Accounts Payable/Invoicing
Prepare and execute Fit-Gap workshops, describe and align potential exceptions/deviations and drive related IT adjustments.
Support system screening and User Acceptance Tests, including the localization of the test data when required
Support the end user training sessions as well as the coordination of the training material localization and training data preparation
Analyze change impacts by identifying key stakeholders and local sponsors, to map and manage resistance to change. Identify and provide the most important change impacts to the site. Organize and drive Readiness Assessment and Go-No-Go checkpoints together with local site deployment lead.
Provide status reporting of deployment progress of core activities to Deployment Manager and BPM organization
Ensure timely communication and reporting to the core deployment team and to relevant GBPMs. Drive identification and resolution of deployment issues with an end-to-end mindset.
What can you bring to our team:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or Finance.
3+ years Procurement / Supply Chain / Finance / Project and/or Process management.
Fluent Business English knowledge is mandatory, second language is an advantage
Excellent understanding of Procure to Pay processes.
Strong communication, influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams.
Business Process Management skills.
Knowledge of Procurement solutions: Opentext, Smart by GEP, SAP FI/MM/MDG desired.
Project Management and/or Agile Methodology certification desired (e.g. SCRUM)
