Our team partners with WMUS but focuses on off-shore opportunities, identifying and executing strategies that accelerate Walmart’s presence in international markets. We operate with agility, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver data-driven solutions and support business growth across regions. What you’ll do:

• Oversee operational strategy and execution for Data Ventures in international markets.
• Drive process improvements and scalability for global data initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, technology, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and data governance.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and optimize operations.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience leading operational frameworks for global or multi-region projects.
• Strong knowledge of international data trends and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in change management and adoption of new technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
