This is a results-oriented role with an emphasis on international supplier development, strategic decision making, customer satisfaction, program execution and transitioning to production. As the International Supplier Performance Manager focused on supplier development, you will be the key team lead in developing suppliers located in the MENA region in conjunction with our MENA OSC organization. Your general responsibilities will include strategy development and supplier execution to produce major assemblies and technologies internationally to satisfy both Direct and Indirect Offset obligations. This role will require leveraging a matrix environment with close collaboration with functional and program leadership as well the product lines to ensure alignment on program objectives and supplier development. This is a highly visible role and the individual will be an impactful leader within Global Strategy and Supplier Development (GSSD) organization as the liaison between the functions, program and international regional teams. This role can be a remote or hybrid position, subject to change.
This position will be onsite at a Raytheon facility. Relocation assistance is not provided.
What You Will Do:
- Lead on site sourcing activities to develop suppliers to be “Raytheon Ready” in support of both Direct and Indirect projects meeting Localization obligations and capacity needs.
- Management of overall performance of subcontractors to support the achievement of contract performance objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with the PMO and Supplier IPT to accomplish Customer and program requirements as well as coordination with the Supplier Management team.
- Provide on-site leadership working with the suppliers management and the RTX on site team reporting to the NSPA PMO team with consistent and concise updates.
- This role will be critical in supporting internal gates 4-10 and will be critical in leading PARs/CDR, PDR, PRR and SRR’s at the supplier. Effective relationship management and communications between suppliers and appropriate Raytheon counterparts.
- Develop supplier development strategies, identify risks, and lead supplier development activities. Own the relationship with the supplier leadership
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a university degree and10 years of relevant business experience or an advanced degree and 7 years relevant experience.
Previous Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations management experience

Experience utilizing Master phasing schedules and Integrated Master Schedules
Ability to travel internationally 25%
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with on-site supplier management of manufacturing operations for a minimum of 5 years.
- Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams at Supplier Site (International preferred, Domestic considered)
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage with limited oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally at Senior Leadership levels both internally and to supplier leadership
- Knowledge and experience of Export/Import requirements and licensing.
- PM, MPM, SPM or SCM Certification (any level)
- Experience using Product Data Management tools and MRP systems such as SAP / PRISM
- Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR, Export/Import requirements
- Ability to work hours aligned with Middle East time zones.
