About the role
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions, competitor analysis, and financial goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products and service lines to market on time and within budget.
- Manage key product and service programs, ensuring strong supplier and OEM partnerships.
- Support sales teams on large-scale projects, acting as a technical and strategic partner.
- Drive product innovation, ensuring new product launches increase market share and revenue growth.
- Optimize operational efficiency, reducing costs while improving product profitability and performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, applications engineering, or sales within industrial markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in industrial products, customer applications, MROs and market trends in industries, such as marine, defense, and power generation.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Strategic Pricing & Market Analysis: Skilled in pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of product standards, certifications, and operational efficiency in an industrial setting.

- Revenue & Margin Growth – Track product financial success and profitability.
- Market Share Expansion – Ensure competitive positioning and industry penetration.
- Customer Retention & Satisfaction – Gauge product success in meeting customer needs.
- Speed to Market – Measure efficiency in new product/service launches.
- Operational Efficiency & Cost Management – Keep production and supply chain costs in check.
- Vitality Index – Track revenue contribution from new products launched in the last three years.
