Role Summary:
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful Operations Associate who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. If you thrive on organization, communication, and making sure the details are handled—this role could be your perfect fit. You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, supporting our sales and warehouse teams, and helping us refine and improve how we do business.

- This is an in-house role, working Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (Ronkonkoma, NY)
Responsibilities:

Keep operations running smoothly by supporting inventory, order management, and internal communications

Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered on time

Own your accounts; monitor timelines, solve problems, and follow up to meet deadlines

Respond to client emails with professionalism and attention to detail

Document and improve internal procedures, contributing to our knowledge platform

Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter ways of working

Stay organized, take initiative, and help drive daily success across the business
Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration (or similar)

EDI experience is a plus
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred

Strong communication skills; written, verbal, and across teams

Detail-obsessed with a sense of urgency and a get-it-done attitude

Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tech

Able to work independently, stay organized, and thrive under pressure
