The Sprinter Certified Technician will have excellent customer service skills, is a team player, has a strong work ethic, and the capacity to grow into a leadership position. They will be essential to delivering excellent, efficient service to develop a loyal clientele. 

Experience is a must! We are a very busy dealership with steady workflow, an experienced service team, and a cutting-edge facility. Additionally, we offer competitive income, benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of yeas prior automotive diagnostic, repair experience required.
• A strong focus on Customer Service.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
