The Opportunity 

As part of the Cybersecurity team, you will design, implement, and maintain secure IT-OT infrastructure reliability, performance, and cyber resilience. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior staff, and build meaningful client connections while navigating the intricacies of operational technology security. This role offers the chance to lead project teams, contribute to business development, and stay at the forefront of emerging threats and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape. 

 

Responsibilities 

- Design and implement secure IT-OT infrastructure solutions 

- Maintain reliability and performance of operational technology systems 

- Analyze intricate cybersecurity challenges and propose viable solutions 

- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth 

- Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients 

- Lead project teams and contribute to business development efforts 

- Stay informed about emerging threats and advancements in technology 

- Navigate the complexities of operational technology security 

 

What You Must Have 

- Bachelor's Degree 

- At least 3 years of experience 

 

What Sets You Apart 

- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Operations Engineering preferred 

- SANS GICSP, GRID, GIAC ICS Defender, GCIP 

- CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CySA+ 

- ISA/IEC 62443 Certified
