As a liaison between scrum teams and business end-users, the StoreMyDocuments Product Analyst will ensure timely delivery of product roadmap content while identifying risks, challenges, opportunities, growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans. 
As a Senior Product Associate in StoreMyDocuments, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. You will interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions using the insight gained to complete business scope documents, requirements, effective epics, stories, Acceptance Criteria, and User Testing objective for all projects. You will also serve as an escalation point for clients.

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Experience with leadership or people management skills - proven ability to lead, coach, train, and mentor a team of product analyst in an agile environment through the full product lifecycle while helping grow their careers and skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working experience creating process flows using Visio.
  • Working knowledge of Agile process and principles, including use of Agile project management tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.)
  • Ability to learn on the move, self-paced, mentor, or thru execution.
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, executive communication, and decision making skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Working knowledge to have cloud concept, application support, and software development life cycle 
  • Scrum master certification or project management certification 
  • Experience working in financial services
