Field/Mortgage Inspector

Description

RL Vantage Point is Michigan's biggest field inspection company, and as we grow bigger we are looking to add more inspectors throughout the state. Our company verifies the occupancy and condition of residential homes for various banks, insurance, and mortgage companies throughout the state. There is no special licensing required for this position, but inspectors must be highly-organized and self-motivated. This is NOT a sales position. This is a 1099 contract position that would be ideal for anyone looking to add extra monthly income.

Requirements

You must have a reliable vehicle for this position and must be able to complete work during daylight hours. We do require a clear background check on all contractors. We do not require any proof of Covid vaccinations or testing.

Benefits

Pay is per house completed, and determined by the area inspector chooses to work in. We do not pay mileage or reimburse for gas. Pay is direct deposited every 2 weeks. Our company will provide you with all the necessary training and tools to get started in the field.
