OXOS is searching for an Integration Team Lead to join our high-growth company. You will join a dynamic team of passionate people who work daily to change how radiographic diagnostics are delivered. As the Integration Team Lead, you will work with the Integration Senior Scientist to create and manage an empirically driven delivery timeline. The Team Lead will report this timeline to TPOs and the Director of Engineering to facilitate enterprise-wide delivery schedules. The Integration Team Lead is responsible for meeting the schedule, promptly reporting variances, managing team resources and budget, and communicating issues as soon as they arise.
Responsibilities
The OXOS Integration Team Lead’s core duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Own and manage the integration delivery schedule.
- Create and execute an empirically driven estimation process that supports well-scoped and technically defined deliverables.
- Work with Electrical Engineering and Application Teams to create, enforce, and deliver static interfaces and contracts.
- Ensure TPOs and engineering teams are aware of and meet delivery timelines.
- Adopt automated testing of all firmware elements.
- Build and manage contract-driven, packaged utilities to support the Application Team’s implementation of hardware-defined features.
- Accelerate debugging by facilitating quicker identification of root causes and support effective regression testing with comprehensive test suites.
- Strategically grow the Integration Team to leverage additional resources and increase the velocity of the engineering pipeline.
- Recruit additional team members and ensure that existing team members are set up for success. Manage resource issues proactively.
- Build support structures to onboard resources quickly, allow resources to advance throughout the organization, encourage mentorship, and improve and develop new skills.
- Build educational programming to promote Integration’s engineering resources' business and technical knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in the design, implementation, and execution of codified product management processes in large and growing engineering organizations.
- Expert background in STMicro, C++, Conan.io.
- Advanced experience in Altium, Studio Code IDE, and Linux.
- Familiar with Flutter and Java.
