Position

We are seeking an Admissions/Business Office person to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, physicians and visitors. This role is responsible for registering patients, managing patient medical records, and handling incoming calls while providing administrative support to the Business Office. This position requires a strong customer-service focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.

Hours

Full-time: Monday – Friday 4:00 am-12:30 pm.

Requirements

Prefer 2+ years of customer service experience.

Education:  

Require high school graduate or GED. Prefer college education and formal training in medical terminology and computer courses.
