Senior Associate Consultant

As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will consult with customers on workflows, including current state and future state, and work with customers to map out processes to determine how best practices are followed. You will identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to customer and internal leadership, coach customers on system design requirements and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation. You will also consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. As a key member of the team, you will maintain customer relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives, coach and mentor associate consultants and supporting internal team initiatives.
Qualifications:Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
At least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other customer-facing or HCIT solution work experience At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job Expectations Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

As a member of the team, you will follow standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. The work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications. Assisting customers with their solution build, specifically around Oracle Health Population Health Management and workflows, and gains a strong understanding of customers questions, resolve issues, and recommends modifications.

US: Hiring Range: from $21.15 to $54.13 per hour; from $44,000 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
