Your Core Activities 
We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate daily production activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards.
• Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity.
• Track and analyze production data, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations.
• Supervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling initiatives.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaborate with HR to manage disciplinary actions and resolve operational conflicts.

What We Are Looking For 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of production processes
• Proficiency in management software and reporting tools
