Are you a data-driven compensation expert with a deep understanding of sales incentives?
As part of our Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in the execution and continuous improvement of our compensation programs, with a strong focus on sales compensation and variable pay. You will support the calculation, governance, and optimization of incentive plans, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business priorities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and other key stakeholders, you will help translate compensation data into clear insights, reliable processes, and effective rewards solutions for our global teams.

What You’ll Do
As part of our Total Rewards team, you will drive critical compensation initiatives, partnering with business partners and other stakeholders to ensure our programs remain competitive and equitable. Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales Compensation & Variable Pay. Calculate, manage, and optimize global variable compensation, with a heavy focus on sales teams (commissions, incentives, MBO Plans, SPIFFs, etc.).

Job Architecture. Drive and participate in the job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and ongoing activities related to keeping our Job Framework updated.

Market benchmarking and data intelligence. Lead and execute comprehensive benchmarking studies and job pricing analyses to ensure our roles remain globally competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.

Data and analytics. Design and produce comprehensive Total Rewards reports, dashboards and conduct detailed cost analyses across the organization.

Pay range administration. Drive the update and administration of salary ranges, including conducting associated market analyses and submitting data for annual salary surveys.

Compliance and audits. Provide critical data and support for compensation-related audits, ensuring we stay ahead of legislative changes and industry best practices.

Strong collaboration. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to manage day-to-day activities like job leveling, compensation benchmarks, audits, and compensation adjustments.

Team support. Champion and support ongoing Total Rewards team initiatives to continuously elevate our employee value proposition.
What You Need For This Role
Education. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's degree or recognized professional certification specific to Compensation and Benefits is a definite advantage.
