Technical Product Specialist

The salary range for this position is 65,000 to 75,000 DOE

This is how you WOW:

• Quickly respond to customer questions via email and phone to address equipment troubleshooting. Travel for more demanding installations will be required.
• Effectively track, summarize, and report troubleshooting questions and outcomes.
• Provide system drawings per Water Maze Application Engineer specifications.
• Coordinate with training team to produce service and maintenance video content for Water Maze equipment covering installation, operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Build and lead service schools for Water Maze dealers and customers. Teaching new and inexperienced technicians the best practices for installing, operating, and servicing Water Maze equipment.
• Remain up to date on industry products and services, as well as make efforts to stay current on competitive positioning. This includes equipment components like pumps, controllers, sensors, switches, filters, and consumables.
• Propose equipment and service changes based on customer interactions and industry knowledge.

• Service and maintenance experience, 3 years preferred
• Chemical or water treatment industry experience preferred – familiarity with related devices including pumps, switches, sensors, and controllers.
