Overall Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Governance Oversight leads a team responsible for Network Governance oversight processes and the assessment of participant’s compliance with EWS product operating rules and other network documents in support of the company’s products and services.
Essential Functions
Leads a high-performing team responsible for oversight of Network Governance processes that minimize risks through application of highly effective risk controls and programs, as well as monitoring participant compliance with EWS product operating rules.
Drives cross-functional stakeholder and/or vendor engagement to deliver on process objectives, identify and action process improvement opportunities, and minimize process risk.
Actions improvement opportunities to streamline and automate key Network Governance processes, evolving as needed to meet our business needs and ensure an efficient
and transparent set of processes.Drives team performance and quality in accordance with metrics and OKRs.
Supports company initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategic plan, other network requirements and compliance with applicable regulations.
Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree.
10 or more years of related work experience in a risk, rules or operational process management function.
Strong process management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to build partnerships and alliances internally and with external partners at all levels of the organization.
Highly effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization, as well as senior executives and customers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to frame recommendations for a variety of audiences.
Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently.
Unyielding commitment to highest professional ethics.
Background and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $120,000 - $140,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
