The Manager, Client Services plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Prodege’s most strategic market research projects while leading and developing a team of Project Managers. Serving as both a team leader and direct project owner, this role bridges the needs of high-value clients with the capabilities of internal delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and exceptional client service. By embodying the ProdegeWay, the Research Solutions Manager fosters long-term client relationships, delivers white-glove service, and upholds the highest standards of operational excellence. This role is critical to the continued growth of the West Coast team, requiring deep market research expertise, collaborative leadership, and a steadfast commitment to client success.

Primary Objectives: 

• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Project Management Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations and expected pace of your team of Project Managers. Providing them with coaching, mentoring and support to foster their professional growth, enhance their skills, and empower them to exceed expectations in project delivery and client satisfaction consistently.
• Cultivate and Nurture Strategic Client Relationships: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our most strategic accounts. Personally manage key projects and oversee projects for which your team is the primary point of contact. Ensure the team consistently delivers a “white glove” client experience, builds strong relationships, and meets or exceeds expectations. 
• Ensure Flawless End-to-End Project Execution and Operational Excellence: Drive the successful execution of market research projects from inception (collaboration with account directors on proposals as well as providing design guidance) through final delivery (data processing, visualization, invoicing, debriefs), meticulously managing quality, timelines, and budgets/margins. Proactively identify and resolve challenges, stepping in to support the team and navigate high-pressure situations with confidence and strategy.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation in Project Delivery: Champion the refinement and development of processes, methodologies, and technological approaches to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value in project delivery, aligning with client needs and organizational objectives.
