Join our team.</em></p></div><p><strong>Barbaricum is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) G-2. This individual will provide independent critical reviews, red teaming support, and strategic analysis to TRADOC HQ leaders and staff. This role supports TRADOC’s mission to address complex strategic challenges by identifying weaknesses, vulnerabilities, and gaps across DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities) functions. The Senior Military Operations Analyst will deliver solutions to strategic issues, assess critical assumptions, and propose alternative perspectives to improve concepts, doctrine, and organizational designs.</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li>Perform detailed mission analyses to scope and define the parameters of each requested critical review.</li> <li>Edit and provide recommendations for products with proposed changes and comments based on documented sources.</li> <li>Identify and address DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities) weaknesses, gaps, and disconnects.</li> <li>Conduct timely reviews of small products such as implementing directives, regulations, white papers, or briefings.</li> <li>Deliver evaluations that challenge the assumptions, solutions, and c
