At the Center for Wellness and Education in South Weymouth, our mission is to offer diabetes self-management education to patients following the American Diabetes Association guidelines, provide support and resources to improve patient quality of life, and reduce risk and improve overall health. Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-time, 24-hour, Registered Dietitian to work at our Wellness Center in South Weymouth onsite Monday through Wednesday from 8:30am-5:00pm.The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical nutrition therapy to diabetic patients, and patients who are at risk for diabetes in an outpatient setting. Patient visits will be a combination of in-person and virtual including initial nutrition assessments, follow-ups, nutrition education, weight management and 1on1s.
This is an opportunity to work autonomously as a dietitian but also collaborate with our providers for plan of care.
Qualifications
EducationBachelor's Degree Clinical Dietitian required

Licenses and Credentials
Dietitian and Nutritionist [State License] preferred
Heartsaver CPR AED Certification [CPR] preferred
Registered Dietitian [RD] preferred
Registered Dietitican Nutritionist [RDN] preferred

Good communication skills.
