Job Purpose Summary:
The Mill Admin is a member of the Operations Team reporting to the Materials Manager. The Mill Admin is accountable for various clerical duties as directed by the Materials Manager and Plant Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compiles and records production data from multiple sources and inputs
- Audit and track daily check sheets, production throughput and line efficiencies
- Familiarize and follow Admin SOPs to ensure proper procedures
- Performs various task within our ERP system of record
- Performs various tasks such as production tracking and trending within SCADA control system
- Communicates and coordinates material deliveries and/or movements based on production needs
- Owns and validates inventory counts, tracking and reporting
- Learn and maintain proper use of personal protection equipment (P.P.E.)
- Participate in all audits, ensuring all areas are audit-ready at all times
- Follow all safety rules and requirements, attending safety meetings, and tailgates
- Other duties as directed or required
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years in an administrative role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Support or a Manufacturing environment
- Experience in ERP/Accounting software programs
- Must be proficient in reading, speaking and writing in English for the purpose of record keeping, safety and quality training processes.

- Strong Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

- Ability to effectively communicate professionally in writing or verbally with all levels of personnel
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualification:
- Able to read/write and speak in Spanish is a plus
Working Conditions:
- May work extended hours or weekends
- Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones)
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Have the ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Able to work in all weather conditions
