We are seeking a reliable self-starter to serve as our Medical Leave Coordinator (Human Resources Analyst 1). As a Medical Leave Coordinator, you will be the expert on Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA), Paid Leave Oregon, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Whether you are assisting agency employees navigating protected leave options for having or adopting a baby as they expand their families or address ongoing health conditions, we strive to support them using a streamlined, yet very personalized approach.
