The Home Health Business Support Supervisor will oversee the Home Health Support Department and contribute to various operational tasks essential to the Home Health Operations Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient management and operational excellence within the department.The Home Health Business Support Supervisor will direct and manage a team of 9-11 full-time employees (FTEs), ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met. Oversee the acceptance and reconciliation of visits in the HHAExchange Medicaid System. Manage medical record requests and reporting, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Supervise the Patient Medical Supply Ordering Team to ensure timely and accurate handling of supplies. Manage Forcura Fax System and Physician Circle Operations. Lead the integration project of Kinnser & Forcura planned for 2025, aiming for seamless system compatibility. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of management experience in home health, demonstrating a track record of effective team leadership and operational management.
Medical records management experience
Experience with patient medical supplies orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Wellsky/Kinnser, Forcura, and Power Bi Reports to handle various technical tasks and reporting needs effectively.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
