User Acquisition Lead (Attainify)

Attainify is a fast-growing startup within the Genesis ecosystem, helping people achieve their goals using AI.

We are looking for a User Acquisition Lead to head our Paid Social efforts, get hands-on with campaigns, automate processes, and build an effective testing and scaling system.

    About you:

•  2+ years managing large budgets on Tier-1 markets.
• Expert in Meta Ads Manager and automation tools (Madgicx, Revealbot, SegmentStream).
• Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making.
• Experience with web-to-app subscription products.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar.
• English B1+
  
  Nice to have:

• Experience with mobile subscription apps.
• Performance creative work experience.
• Knowledge of LTV, retention, payment analytics.
• Interest in AI tools and digital automation.
  
  What you’ll do:
  
  
• Manage large Meta ad budgets ($500K+ per month), optimize campaigns for CPP/ROAS.
• Test and scale creatives, geos, formats, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team and automate key workflows.
• Launch new paid channels (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) from zero to stable performance.
• Hire, develop, and lead the User Acquisition team.
