Role Summary:
As an HR Generalist, you’ll ensure our clinics run smoothly by supporting recruitment, HR compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, onboard, and orient new staff
• Administer benefits, leave, rewards, and recognition programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and facilitate investigations
• Support training, performance, and employee relations programs

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field)
• 1+ year HR experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with employment laws and HRIS systems

Pay Transparency:
In Denver, CO, a reasonable pay range for this role is $65,000–$80,000/year. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and skill level.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
