About the Physical Therapist - Clinical Director Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing clinical team

• Foster a supportive, mission-driven clinic culture

• Drive exceptional patient outcomes through direct care

• Implement clinic growth strategies and community outreach

• Manage performance, scheduling, and operational goals

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic direction

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or through the PT Compact Program
Graduate of an accredited PT program recognized by APTA
Minimum of 2 years as a PT (preferred)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
