Job Summary

Responsible for clerical functions, operational and administrative support of all catering premium food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on support at events, event dry set and breakdown , event /program implementation for premium assign spaces 
• Responsible for leadership oversight for all catering dark day staff and supervisors responsibilities 
• Strong oversight of MyStaff / Sanitation standards 
• Position will serve as a catering MOD when sr leadership is not on site 
• Demonstrates knowledge and oversight of liquor laws and proper Levy serving standards 
• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guest
• Database and Point-of-Sale management- when appropriate
• Responsibility for collecting end of shift beverage event consumptions logs
• Client point of contact to ensue event spaces and operations meet expectations 
• Ensure and oversight of beverage programming, proper, proper team clock in procedures, serve safe inspections, and more as responsibilities are assigned 
• Assists with running the day-to-day operation, week day roles and event set up responsibilities as assigned 
• Coordinates and supports leadership in assigned spaces with ensuring all areas set in a timely fashion, maintain the premium elevated look, and overall location leadership oversight of staff when sr leadership is off site
• Works within provided guidelines and timelines
• Listens to and resolves service challenges as well as escalates any guest/client concerns when appropriate 
• Assists with presentations and conduct trainings when needed 
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with location managers and team members
• Works with location leaders to better the experience through displays/activations, chef stations, presentation, food quality, menus and guest connection
• Participate in event close-out duties and ensure all stand operating procedures are implemented
• Maintains office equipment and supplies
• Ensures client/customer service and satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management meeting and exceeding stated expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in hospitality with leadership experience preferably in a catering environment 
• Proficient computer skills
• Multi-task in deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
