About the role

<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong>You will be providing new business consultancy to prospective clients on a range of pre and post-retirement products, protection and pensions. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><strong></strong>• Meeting clients / Generating Leads / Project work </p><p>• Providing advice to a new and existing client base </p><p>• Managing and continuously building relationships </p><p>• Developing new business opportunities through internal and external channels </p><p>• Achieving agreed targets and team-based goals </p><p>• Always adhering to company policies and procedures </p><p>• Managing local projects that contribute to the overall team proposition. </p><p><strong>About this opportunity:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong>We can offer you an engaging environment working with some of the best people in our industry. Each member of the team is valued and are encouraged to develop their skills and education to enable the provision of professional best advice to our clients. </p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p>• Previous consultative financial planning or employee benefits experience </p><p>• Currently hold the QFA qualification or working towards (or like to achieve) the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) , or Higher Diploma in Pensions Management leading to AIIPM qualification. </p><p>• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships </p><p>• Strong history of delivering on agreed sales targets </p><p>• Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements required </p><p>• Have a background in generating leads from a Corporate client base </p><p>• Demonstrate an ability to build strong internal relationships, trust and credibility </p><p>• Excellent presentation and communication skills </p><p>• Be a Team player with a focus on working as one team </p><p>• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the industry </p><p>• Possess a full driver's license.</p>
