Software Subscription Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quote and manage the process of subscription renewals.
• Follow-up on renewals via phone calls and emails and log all communication in CRM.
• Listening for new business opportunities for sales and training and submitting referrals when applicable.
• Provide product and technical information as requested, assigning to other teams if necessary.
• Address concerns and answer questions promptly.
• Inform clients about the features and benefits of a subscription to improve renewal rates, client satisfaction, and GP.
• Follow up with requests or inquiries from clients; maintain client files in NetSuite and update information.
• Adjust renewal quotes as requested by the client, reviewing what changes could mean to software function and support.
• Once a purchase order has been received, ensure the PO matches the renewal quote before processing.
• You will be expected to manage your time effectively, working on several accounts and quotations at a time.  
• Maintain contact throughout the renewal process to ensure we find and resolve any issues the clients may be having that have not been addressed.
• Any other assigned tasks or projects as needed.
• Generate monthly subscription renewal reports from vendor database
• Create estimates to send to clients
• Manage an assigned account base
• Identify and close software sales opportunities
• Submit accurate weekly forecast and activity report
• Maintain required quota and activity

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ Years in an Inside Sales, Account Management, or Client Service role
• Provide an exemplary level of both internal and external client service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, in person and via electronics media internally and with clients
• CRM Experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• A driven individual who is committed to being successful
• Work well under pressure and time constraints
• Some accounting experience an asset
