Who are we looking for?We are looking for engineers with proven ability to design scalable, high-performance cloud solutions. You’ve have solid understanding of cloud-native application development and microservices architecture. You work on most projects and tasks independently and extend technical leadership to development teams.In this role, you will enable development teams by driving design of major service components, working with engineering managers and PMs, and providing direct guidance to more junior team members. You are able to go from high level system design, writing architectural documentation and driving engineering peer reviews to hands-on prototyping, code reviews and project bootstrapping.You are technically strong and get a lot done. You can balance speed and quality with iteration and incremental improvements. You’ve made life easier for other developers and have motivated your teams to make both process and service improvements with your ability to automate and instrument.

Qualifications and Experience
- BS degree in Computer Science or related fields
- 12+ years distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment
- Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance cloud solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Expertise with cloud-native application development and microservices architecture
- Strong development experience in object-oriented programming language, such as Java
- Experience with leading cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding and experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and experience with agile methodologies
- Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services and/or related technology experience, Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications are significant plus.
- Familiarize in front-end technologies including scripting with Javascript, ReactJS or KnockoutJS

US: Hiring Range: from $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
