**Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**
**Location: Pennsylvania**
**Job Type: Part-Time**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our clinic and long-term care facility. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of nurse practitioners and physicians, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting blood draws, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist NPs and physicians in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
- Perform basic diagnostic tests and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to infection control and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and improve overall patient outcomes.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to keep skills and knowledge current.
**Qualifications:**
- Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
- CPR and First Aid certification, with additional certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate, with a genuine desire to help patients and their families.
