This role can be based in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Product Manager to lead the Premium Outreach team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping Premium members build, nurture, and leverage their professional networks for meaningful outcomes in their careers, via InMails and across the platform. You’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing AI-powered experiences, from personalized message generation to profile optimization, job application assistance, and more. As part of LinkedIn’s Growth organization, you’ll move fast, run experiments, and iterate relentlessly to drive value for our members and our business. The role requires a member first, data oriented product manager that enjoys high velocity development and is excited about subscription businesses and monetization.
Responsibilities
Define and drive product strategy: Lead the product roadmap for Premium Outreach, focusing on high quality solutions that deliver measurable impact and delight members.
Own Premium’s GenAI initiatives: Serve as the champion for leveraging generative AI to enhance user workflows, from writing messages to optimizing how a member presents themselves.
Lead cross-functional teams: Partner with design, engineering, business operations, product marketing, data science, and other stakeholders to bring end-to-end solutions to market.
Experiment rapidly: Plan and execute iterative A/B tests; analyze outcomes to refine product features and accelerate learning.
Design intuitive experiences: Blend data-driven decision making with thoughtful UX design to create seamless, valuable user journeys that help members grow their networks.
Drive collaboration and alignment: Manage partnerships and stakeholder relationships across LinkedIn, not just within your own team, ensuring product initiatives align with broader company objectives.
Set and measure objectives: Establish clear metrics and key results, using data insights to continuously optimize and validate product direction.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in product management.
Preferred Qualifications
Generative AI experience: Proven background in AI/ML product development, including model evaluation, product quality assessment, and user-centric AI features.
UX and design focus: Passionate about building elegant, intuitive user experiences.
Cross-functional leadership: History of successful collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders in larger organizations.
Experimentation mindset: Experience with rapid product iteration and high-velocity A/B testing.
Analytical acumen: Ability to derive insights from multiple data sources and translate them into actionable roadmaps.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $201,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
