Overview:

As a SAP Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and ownership of our new Enterprise Resource Planning system, SAP S/4 Hana Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully implementing SAP S4 Hana Cloud solutions from the ground up. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP systems, with a focus on seamless integrations and data fidelity with Salesforce, Snowflake, Namely, and other enterprise systems.

The impact you'll make:

SAP S4 Hana Cloud Implementation:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SAP S4 Hana Public Edition, ensuring successful and timely delivery
• Collaborate with our Solutions Implementer and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives

Integration Management:

• Design and implement integrations between SAP S4 Hana Cloud and other enterprise systems, including Salesforce and Snowflake
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems using direct integration or other recommended ETL solutions like Boomi or Mulesoft
• Establish foundational application development practices and procedures including technical standards, software-coding standards, tools, and platforms standards

System Customization and Optimization:

• Lead a team to customize SAP systems to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Identify and implement system optimization opportunities to enhance overall efficiency
• Establish, continually improve and undertake any processes for development, testing, release management, code management, creating and maintaining technical specifications, and other key processes related to application development and integration

Team Leadership:

• Build and provide leadership and guidance to a team of SAP professionals
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive successful project outcomes
• Provide leadership in developing and maintaining data integrity and validity for various applications.
• Supervise the development, testing, documentation, and implementation of those applications or other technical solutions as well as the maintenance of existing applications

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Lead consultations with users and stakeholders to identify requirements for enterprise applications in support of processes and business needs. 

Documentation and Training:

• Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, configurations, and integrations
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams
• Evaluate current tools and processes in order to constantly improve maintenance and systems availability and provide documentation

What you've accomplished:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and customization
• Proven experience in leading SAP S4 Hana Cloud projects from inception to completion, including experience with SAP BTP
• Experience with integrating SAP with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of SAP best practices and industry standards
• Proven experience in working with the boundaries of SOX and SOC2 compliance
• Expertise in understanding data security and best practices for balancing availability with security
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to see the big picture while also being hands-on and in the details
• Project management experience working within a predominantly Agile/Scrum framework
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus

The base pay range for this position is $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
